Your Responsibilities
As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our inventory is managed efficiently and our customers receive their orders accurately and on time.
Responsibilities
- Inventory Management: Receive, inspect, and stock incoming merchandise accurately using handheld scanners.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with high attention to detail.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment.
- Shipping & Receiving: Load and unload trucks efficiently while maintaining safety protocols.
- Quality Control: Conduct routine quality checks to ensure product integrity and identify discrepancies.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and company policies to maintain a hazard-free workspace.
- Organization: Keep warehouse aisles organized and ensure proper labeling of stock bins.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or retail stocking is preferred but not required.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Reliability: Must be punctual, dependable, and able to work rotating shifts or overtime as needed.
- License: Valid driver's license preferred; Forklift certification is a plus but we provide training.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills and the ability to follow instructions precisely.
- Teamwork: Ability to collaborate effectively with a diverse team of logistics professionals.
