Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move products and materials to and from storage or production areas using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Package and prepare shipments for delivery, ensuring accuracy and adherence to safety protocols.
- Perform inventory checks and stock replenishment to maintain optimal warehouse levels.
- Operate warehouse management systems (WMS) to track inventory and update records accurately.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by following all safety regulations and housekeeping procedures.
- Collaborate with team leads to ensure timely processing of orders and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but we provide on-the-job training for motivated candidates.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
