Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment with a focus on 100% accuracy.
- Material Handling: Load and unload trucks, pallets, and materials using standard warehouse equipment (hand trucks, pallet jacks, and forklifts).
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory levels and organizing stock areas.
- Quality Control: Inspect incoming and outgoing goods for damage and ensure proper packaging.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and company protocols at all times.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine cleaning and minor maintenance checks on warehouse machinery.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly during your shift.
- Attention to Detail: Strong ability to follow instructions and maintain accuracy in sorting and data entry.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Reliability: Proven history of punctuality and dependability is essential.
- Basic Math Skills: Ability to read a scale and perform basic calculations.
- Communication: Ability to communicate effectively with supervisors and team members.
