Responsibilities
- Picking & Packing: Accurately select, pack, and prepare orders for shipment using RF scanners and handheld devices.
- Inventory Management: Perform regular cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records within the warehouse management system.
- Material Handling: Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and warehouse regulations to ensure a secure working environment.
- Truck Loading: Load and unload outbound and inbound trucks using proper tie-down techniques and equipment.
- Organization: Maintain a clean, organized, and clutter-free workspace to facilitate efficient workflow.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not mandatory; we provide on-the-job training.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly, stand for extended periods, and navigate various warehouse environments.
- Forklift Certification: Current forklift operator certification is a plus but not required for entry-level candidates.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and order fulfillment.
- Availability: Ability to work flexible shifts, including overtime and weekends as needed.
