Responsibilities
- Perform accurate picking, packing, and shipping of merchandise to meet daily targets.
- Operate material handling equipment (Forklifts, Pallet Jacks) in a safe and compliant manner.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile stock discrepancies.
- Ensure the warehouse is organized, clean, and adheres to all safety protocols.
- Assist in the receiving process by unloading trucks and verifying incoming goods.
- Maintain accurate digital documentation and reporting.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and ability to work in a fast-paced team setting.
- Willingness to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Valid driver's license is a plus.
