Responsibilities
- Pick, Pack, and Ship: Accurately process customer orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems.
- Inventory Management: Conduct regular stock counts, cycle counts, and maintain accurate inventory records to minimize discrepancies.
- Forklift Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment to move heavy loads.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Keep the warehouse organized, clean, and safe by adhering to all safety protocols and housekeeping standards.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure packaging meets company standards before shipment.
- Load & Unload: Efficiently load and unload trucks, verifying incoming and outgoing shipments against bills of lading.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in a warehouse, distribution center, or manufacturing environment is preferred but not required for immediate hire.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly, and perform physical labor in various weather conditions.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and the ability to follow complex instructions.
- Availability: Must be available for full-time shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
- Driver's License: Valid driver's license and clean driving record are a plus.
