Responsibilities
- Load and Unload: Safely load and unload trucks, ensuring all items are handled with care.
- Picking & Packing: Accurately pick, pack, and scan merchandise to ensure order accuracy.
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels and assist in inventory organization and audits.
- Equipment Operation: Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and scanners.
- Safety Compliance: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace by adhering to OSHA and company safety standards.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to meet daily productivity goals and deadlines.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Physical Ability: Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Math Skills: Basic math skills required for inventory counting and scanning.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Driving: Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are preferred.
- Experience: Prior warehouse experience is a plus, but not required for enthusiastic candidates.
