Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport materials within the warehouse and loading docks using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Verify incoming and outgoing shipments by checking quantities, labels, and ensuring order accuracy.
- Pick and pack orders according to customer specifications and strict quality standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Operate warehouse management systems (WMS) and scanning equipment to update inventory levels.
- Assist in inventory counts and stock rotation to prevent product spoilage or loss.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and meet daily production goals.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is required.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move up to 50-70 lbs repeatedly without injury.
- Strong attention to detail and basic computer literacy.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation are required.
- Forklift certification is a plus but we offer on-the-job training for the right candidates.
