Responsibilities
- Operate Material Handling Equipment: Safely and efficiently operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery to move stock.
- Picking & Packing: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment to meet daily targets.
- Inventory Management: Conduct regular stock checks and maintain accurate inventory records using our WMS system.
- Warehouse Organization: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Quality Control: Inspect incoming and outgoing goods for damage and ensure proper labeling.
- Load & Unload: Safely load and unload trucks, ensuring proper weight distribution and securing cargo.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is preferred, but we will train the right candidates.
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Availability: Must be available for full-time shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
- Certification: Forklift certification is a plus but not required.
