Responsibilities
- Accurately load/unload shipments using forklifts and pallet jacks
- Manage inventory with RF scanners and WMS systems
- Maintain organized storage areas and dock operations
- Perform quality checks on incoming/outgoing products
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols at all times
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless operations
- Assist in cycle counts and inventory reconciliation
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
- Valid California driver's license preferred
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Reliable transportation to Harbor Blvd location
- Flexibility for rotating shifts (early/late availability)
- Positive attitude and team-focused mindset
- Pass pre-employment background check
