Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and WMS systems
- Perform accurate inventory counts and cycle checks in real-time
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely (certification provided)
- Maintain organized warehouse layout and cleanliness standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily KPIs
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company quality standards
- Assist in receiving goods and processing returns
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with handheld devices
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Valid driver's license preferred but not required
- Reliable transportation to North Portland location
- Willingness to work flexible shifts (including weekends during peak seasons)
- Positive attitude and team-first mentality
