Responsibilities
- Perform receiving, picking, packing, and shipping of products accurately and efficiently.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Conduct quality control checks to ensure all orders meet company standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Assist in inventory management and cycle counts.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Basic computer skills and ability to operate scanning devices.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and willing to work overtime as needed.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not mandatory.
