Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and process inbound shipments using RF scanners
- Optimize inventory storage in our 50,000 sq ft climate-controlled facility
- Pick and pack orders with 99.8% accuracy for same-day delivery
- Maintain OSHA-compliant material handling equipment operation
- Conduct cycle counts and inventory reconciliation weekly
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless fulfillment
- Implement lean practices to improve warehouse efficiency
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience required
- OSHA-certified forklift operation (or willingness to obtain)
- Proficient with RF scanning technology and WMS systems
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk 8+ hours
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Valid government-issued photo ID
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
