Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and stage inventory using forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyors.
- Receive, verify, and accurately record incoming shipments against packing slips.
- Prepare products for shipment by packing, sealing, and labeling with proper documentation.
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment by adhering to all OSHA safety standards and 5S protocols.
- Perform cycle counts and assist in monthly physical inventory audits.
- Operate material handling equipment safely and efficiently to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity and quality targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred; prior warehouse experience is a plus.
- Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry items weighing up to 50+ pounds repeatedly.
- Basic computer skills and the ability to learn warehouse management software (WMS).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in inventory management.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.
- Forklift certification (Class A or B) is highly preferred but not mandatory for all roles.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods in a fast-paced environment.
