Responsibilities
- Load and Unload: Safely load and unload trucks using pallet jacks, forklifts, and conveyor belts.
- Inventory Management: Verify and count incoming and outgoing stock to ensure accuracy and prevent loss.
- Organization: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment at all times.
- Stocking: Organize merchandise on shelves and in storage areas to optimize workflow.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and report any discrepancies to management immediately.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine checks on warehouse equipment and report any malfunctions.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team leads and other staff to meet daily productivity goals.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but not required for enthusiastic candidates.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Reliability: Must be punctual, dependable, and able to work weekends or overtime as needed.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory software is highly desirable.
- License: Valid forklift certification is a plus.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills and ability to follow instructions.
