Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately and efficiently to meet daily targets.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and scanners, safely and according to protocol.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and ensure stock levels are maintained within the warehouse.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damage and accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace at all times, adhering to OSHA safety standards.
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks using proper lifting techniques.
Qualifications
- No prior warehouse experience required; we provide on-the-job training.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners or tablets.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Colorado Springs facility.
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
