Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship customer orders using warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Conduct regular inventory counts and maintain accurate stock levels to minimize shrinkage.
- Operate material handling equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently.
- Ensure the warehouse floor remains clean, organized, and adheres to all safety protocols and OSHA standards.
- Collaborate with team leads to streamline workflow processes and improve overall operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but we provide on-the-job training for motivated candidates.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld scanners.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
- Valid forklift certification (Class A or B) is highly desirable.
