Responsibilities
- Load and unload trucks and trailers in a timely and safe manner.
- Pack, label, and prepare products for shipment using standard packaging materials.
- Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) after receiving certification.
- Perform inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records.
- Ensure the warehouse floor remains clean, organized, and safe at all times.
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies to prevent accidents.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity goals.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Basic computer literacy (ability to use handheld scanners).
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
