Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and sort packages accurately to ensure timely delivery.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and handheld scanners.
- Sort, scan, and organize inventory to maintain accurate stock levels.
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and maintain a clean workspace.
- Work in various temperature-controlled environments as required.
- Collaborate with team leads and fellow associates to meet daily targets.
- Perform physical tasks including standing, walking, and lifting boxes weighing up to 49 lbs.
Qualifications
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high productivity expectations.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate scanning equipment.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to lift up to 49 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs occasionally.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
