Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Load, unload, and transport freight with precision and care to ensure product integrity.
- Perform accurate inventory counts and stock replenishment to maintain optimal warehouse levels.
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and company quality standards at all times.
- Utilize Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to track shipments and updates.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in compliance with OSHA regulations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not strictly required for immediate starters.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Must be physically able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime and weekends as needed.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
