Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders with a focus on speed and accuracy.
- Operate powered industrial equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and in compliance with safety regulations.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and stock levels within the warehouse.
- Ensure the warehouse environment remains organized, clean, and hazard-free.
- Load and unload trucks utilizing proper material handling techniques.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize daily workflows and meet production targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate handheld scanning devices.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Must pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen.
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred, but we provide comprehensive on-the-job training.
