Responsibilities
- Operate powered industrial equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) to safely move inventory throughout the warehouse.
- Accurately pick, pack, and stage orders to meet daily shipping deadlines.
- Conduct regular inventory audits and cycle counts to ensure stock accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in strict compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently using proper safety protocols.
- Assist in organizing storage areas and optimizing warehouse layout for efficiency.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality control.
- Basic computer literacy and experience with warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Valid Driver's License (Class C) is a plus but not required.
- Must be willing to undergo a background check and drug screening.
