Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move freight, materials, and equipment safely and efficiently to designated storage areas.
- Verify and count stock items, checking them against invoices or other records to ensure accuracy.
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to transport products and materials throughout the facility.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure items are not damaged and match packing lists.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all safety and sanitation standards.
- Assist with inventory control, including cycle counting and stock reconciliation.
- Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety protocols at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to lift up to 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate warehouse management systems.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be willing to work flexible shifts, including weekends and overtime as needed.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
