Job Overview
As a Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for the accurate receiving, storing, and shipping of goods. We are looking for individuals who are physically fit, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and stage incoming shipments for accuracy and damage.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently using pallet jacks, forklifts, and manual labor.
- Pack, label, and prepare products for shipment according to strict company protocols.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Perform cycle counts and inventory audits to ensure stock accuracy.
- Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the USA.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy for scanning barcodes and logging data.
- Must possess a valid driver's license or reliable personal transportation.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
