Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move freight, packages, and materials within the warehouse and to and from delivery vehicles.
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently using handheld scanners and warehouse management systems.
- Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyor systems safely.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure accuracy and condition.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by following all safety protocols and 5S guidelines.
- Assist in inventory control, cycle counts, and stock rotation as directed by management.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity and quality targets.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 pounds.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate handheld scanning devices.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
