Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Safely receive, inspect, and stage incoming inventory using handheld scanners.
- Picking & Packing: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Equipment Operation: Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery in compliance with safety regulations.
- Inventory Management: Perform cycle counts and maintain accurate stock records in the WMS system.
- Housekeeping: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and other departments to resolve issues efficiently.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but we are willing to train motivated candidates.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- License: Valid forklift certification (if applying for specialized roles) or ability to obtain one.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory management software is highly desirable.
- Reliability: Must pass a background check and drug screen.
