Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments to ensure accuracy and report any damages.
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment using handheld RF scanners.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently, including use of loading docks and forklifts.
- Perform cycle counts and inventory management tasks as directed by management.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies to ensure a hazard-free workplace.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Must be able to stand, bend, twist, and walk for extended periods.
- Basic math skills and attention to detail are required.
- Reliable transportation to and from the warehouse facility.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- High school diploma or GED preferred; strong work ethic required.
