Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment (training provided)
- Perform inventory counts and cycle counts to maintain stock accuracy
- Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently
- Maintain clean and organized work areas following OSHA standards
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Adhere to all safety protocols and quality control procedures
Qualifications
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand/walk for extended periods
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Reliable transportation and consistent punctuality
- Ability to pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn new technologies
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
- Ability to work in a team environment with clear communication skills
