Responsibilities
- Operate Equipment: Safely and efficiently operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders accurately and on time to meet strict deadlines.
- Inventory Management: Assist in conducting regular inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records.
- Housekeeping: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Quality Control: Inspect incoming and outgoing goods to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
- Load/Unload: Load and unload trucks efficiently, ensuring proper handling of merchandise.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required; we train willing candidates.
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly, stand for extended periods, and navigate warehouse environments.
- Documentation: Must be able to read and understand safety labels and operational instructions.
- Reliability: Must have a reliable means of transportation to and from work.
- Age: Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Availability: Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and overtime as needed.
