Responsibilities
- Operate Material Handling Equipment: Safely and efficiently operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery as required.
- Inventory Management: Perform accurate inventory counts, cycle counts, and manage stock placement to maintain optimal organization.
- Picking and Packing: Execute fast and accurate order picking, packing, and labeling processes to meet daily shipping targets.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to all OSHA safety protocols and company guidelines to maintain a hazard-free workplace.
- Load and Unload: Safely load and unload trucks using proper lifting techniques and equipment.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma: High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy during inventory checks and order processing.
- Availability: Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights and weekends, as business needs require.
- Forklift Experience: Previous forklift experience is a plus but not mandatory.
