Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport goods within the warehouse safely and efficiently using hand trucks, forklifts, and pallet jacks.
- Verify inventory counts and accuracy against shipping manifests and purchase orders.
- Package and prepare products for shipment, ensuring proper labeling and documentation.
- Operate scanning equipment (RF scanners) to track inventory movement in real-time.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production and shipping targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Ability to lift, carry, and push up to 50+ lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory software is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours including overtime when needed.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in various weather conditions if applicable.
