Responsibilities
- Efficiently receive, scan, and sort incoming inventory using RF scanners
- Pick, pack, and ship orders with 99% accuracy according to priority schedules
- Maintain organized and clean warehouse spaces including racking and staging areas
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts with certification)
- Perform cycle counts and inventory reconciliation tasks
- Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily operational goals
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld scanners
- Valid driver's license preferred (forklift operation training provided)
- Strong attention to detail and time-management skills
- Reliable transportation to our Norcross facility
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screen
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new processes
