Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Perform inventory counts and cycle counts to maintain stock accuracy
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) safely and efficiently
- Inspect and prepare products for shipment, ensuring proper labeling and documentation
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment following OSHA standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize warehouse workflows
- Adhere to all company policies and safety protocols at all times
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 6 months warehouse, logistics, or related experience preferred
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
