Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently (certification provided upon hiring).
- Pick, pack, and verify inventory items with 99% accuracy.
- Load and unload trailers and shipping containers using proper lifting techniques.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Assist in cycle counts and stock organization to optimize warehouse flow.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and quality control standards.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanning devices.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
