Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and move products safely using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Picking & Packing: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment to ensure 99.9% accuracy.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory counts and stock organization in the warehouse.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and company protocols at all times.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance of warehouse equipment.
- Quality Control: Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damage or defects.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Reliability: Must have a reliable means of transportation and be available for overtime when needed.
- Basic Math: Ability to read a tape measure and perform basic arithmetic calculations.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy in order fulfillment and inventory tracking.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work in various environments, including temperature-controlled areas.
- Communication: Basic verbal communication skills and ability to work well within a team.
