Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare products for shipment with accuracy and efficiency.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and order pickers safely.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and ensure stock levels are accurate.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure safety compliance.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently, adhering to all weight and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and shipping deadlines.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a warehouse, distribution, or logistics environment preferred.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic math skills for inventory tracking and order verification.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
