Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Safely load, unload, and move products using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Inventory Management: Accurately pick, pack, and verify orders to maintain inventory accuracy.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies at all times.
- Organization: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area to prevent accidents.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance on warehouse equipment.
- Team Collaboration: Work effectively with cross-functional teams to meet daily operational goals.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus, but we are willing to train motivated candidates.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and ability to read pick tickets or order forms.
- Availability: Must be available for full-time hours, including overtime as needed.
- Driving: Valid driver's license and clean driving record (for some positions).
