Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and process incoming merchandise and stock to ensure accuracy.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipping using warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Operate material handling equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently.
- Perform inventory counts and cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals and deadlines.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift.
- High school diploma or GED preferred; on-the-job training provided.
- Basic computer literacy and math skills for scanning and counting.
- Reliable transportation and ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Must be detail-oriented and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
