Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment using RF scanners and warehouse management systems.
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, conduct regular cycle counts, and ensure accurate inventory records.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, following all safety protocols.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure packaging meets company standards before dispatch.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by adhering to 5S principles.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required; on-the-job training provided.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods in a fast-paced environment.
- Availability: Must be available for full-time shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
- Reliability: Proven track record of punctuality and attendance.
- Communication: Basic computer skills and ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
