Responsibilities
- Loading & Unloading: Safely load and unload trucks, pallets, and containers in a timely manner.
- Inventory Management: Verify incoming and outgoing shipments, count stock, and log inventory accurately.
- Equipment Operation: Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery safely and efficiently.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment with high attention to detail.
- Housekeeping: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but not required for enthusiastic candidates.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy for scanning and logging (training provided).
- Availability: Must be available for shifts, including nights and weekends as needed.
- License: Forklift certification is a plus but we offer training.
