Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely after completing OSHA-certified training
- Maintain organized inventory levels through systematic stock rotation and cycle counting
- Inspect products for quality compliance and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Adhere to strict safety protocols including PPE usage and hazard prevention
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow efficiency
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn warehouse technology systems
- Reliable transportation to our 24/7 rotating shift schedule
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
- Valid state ID for background check compliance
