Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move products onto and off trailers using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damage or discrepancies and report accordingly.
- Package and label items accurately to ensure proper delivery.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety regulations.
- Assist in inventory control and stock rotation to minimize waste.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions (loading docks).
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
