Responsibilities
- Operate Equipment: Safely and efficiently operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery.
- Inventory Control: Conduct cycle counts, receive shipments, and ensure stock accuracy using handheld scanners.
- Picking & Packing: Accurately pick, pack, label, and stage orders for timely delivery.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and cross-functional departments to meet daily targets.
Qualifications
- Reliability: Must be willing to work flexible shifts, including overtime and weekends.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Background Check: Must pass a background check and drug screen.
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required; training provided.
- License: Valid driver's license and forklift certification (CDL) if applicable.
