Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with high accuracy and speed.
- Operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, hand trucks) safely and efficiently.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and ensure stock levels are accurately maintained.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently using proper lifting techniques and safety protocols.
- Assist in organizing warehouse storage areas to maximize workflow.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required for immediate hires.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic math skills for inventory management and data entry.
- Reliable transportation to work is required.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
