Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts in a safe and efficient manner to load and unload materials.
- Inspect forklift equipment daily to ensure it is in proper working condition and report any maintenance issues.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Verify inventory counts and accurately document stock movement.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and shipping deadlines.
- Perform general warehouse duties such as palletizing, shrink-wrapping, and organizing stock.
Qualifications
- Valid Forklift Operator Certification (OSHA compliant).
- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics setting is preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety protocols strictly.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and documentation.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
