Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks to load, unload, and move materials throughout the warehouse.
- Inventory Management: Conduct accurate cycle counts and maintain inventory records to ensure stock levels are correct.
- Picking and Packing: Efficiently pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipping using barcode scanners and warehouse management systems.
- Shipping and Receiving: Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damage or discrepancies and process documentation.
- Maintain Safety: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and company policies to maintain a secure work environment.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but we are willing to train motivated candidates.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Documentation: Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Attention to Detail: Strong ability to follow instructions and ensure accuracy in order fulfillment.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and overtime as needed.
