Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and stage materials and products using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment.
- Operate Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to accurately track inventory and manage stock levels.
- Perform pick, pack, and ship operations efficiently to meet daily production quotas.
- Ensure the warehouse remains clean, organized, and safe in compliance with OSHA and company safety standards.
- Conduct regular cycle counts and resolve any inventory discrepancies immediately.
- Assist in the organization of shipping lanes and receiving docks to optimize workflow.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, distribution center, or logistics environment is preferred.
- Ability to obtain forklift certification within the first 30 days of employment.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Basic computer literacy for data entry and reporting.
