Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move products safely using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure accuracy, quality, and correct documentation.
- Organize and maintain inventory stock in designated storage areas.
- Prepare packages for shipping and ensure proper labeling and packaging.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and warehouse regulations to maintain a hazard-free environment.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and efficiency goals.
- Perform cycle counts and assist in inventory audits as required.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not mandatory (comprehensive training provided).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math skills for accurate inventory counting and label reading.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
- Valid driver's license is a plus.
- Must be available for overtime and flexible shifts.
