Job Overview
We are looking for motivated individuals to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in our supply chain operations, ensuring that orders are processed efficiently and shipped accurately.
Responsibilities
- Execute picking, packing, and shipping orders accurately and efficiently according to quality standards.
- Operate warehouse machinery, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and order pickers, ensuring strict safety protocols.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and manage stock rotation to minimize waste.
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks and containers with heavy freight.
- Collaborate with team leads to identify process improvements and optimize daily workflows.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand/walk for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
- Valid driver's license (preferred but not required).
- Flexibility to work overtime and weekends as business needs dictate.
