Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move products efficiently using pallet jacks, forklifts, and hand trucks.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Verify inventory accuracy and update stock levels in the warehouse management system.
- Pack and label products securely for shipment to ensure damage-free delivery.
- Assist in inventory audits and cycle counting processes as required.
- Operate handheld scanners and computer terminals to track shipments.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and meet daily production goals.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous warehouse or material handling experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use warehouse scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
- Valid driver's license is required for some roles.
